Dream Folk als nächtlicher Soundtrack zum in die Sterne gucken. Von einem warmen Vintage-Sound umhüllt, singt Peppler mit bewegender Stimme über Vertrauen, Verbindung, Verlangen und wie es kommt und geht. Live Konzerte gibt Peppler sowohl solo im Stil der 60s/70s Songwriter (Gitarre & Harmonika) als auch im dynamischen Trio mit Keys/Synthesizer und Drums, irgendwo zwischen 70s Folkrock und Dreampop.
Nach neun Jahren Live-Erfahrung, drei CDs mit verschiedenen Bandprojekten erfindet sich Alex Peppler als Solomusiker neu: feinfühlig, ehrlich, entspannt.
Am 05.05.23 kam sein Debut "One Night out of Time" raus - von der Welt am Sonntag als "so gut und gleichzeitig so irritierend authentisch retro" (mh) beschrieben.: Eine Reise durch die Nacht mit 70s Vibe, von rockigen Bandsongs bis intimen solo Interpretationen im Stile von Neil Young, the Doors, The Tallest Man on Earth. Seitdem spielte er Deutschland Touren, Festivals (Open Flair, Musikschutzgebiet, Rudolstadt Festival) und supportet internationale Künstler wie Hayley Reardon, Joel Sarakula oder Yusuf Sahilli.

Die Reise mit der Musik im Gepäck ging vom hessischen Witzenhausen über Pilgerorte in Spanien, niederländische Studentenkneipen und Pubs in Dublin weiter bis er Ende 2013 in Berlin, gefühlt so richtig ankam. Seitdem spielt er regelmäßig, schreibt neue Lieder und arbeitet an CD-Veröffentlichungen: Arrive [2015] - 1. Solo EP, How We Get By [2017] - Blue Saloon, Sense [2018] - Album im Duo (2016-2018). Seit 2014 im Alternative Folk Songwriter Duo Blue Saloon. Seit Anfang 2022 auch im Folk Duo Rosaro & Peppler.

Dream folk as a nighttime soundtrack for stargazing. Enveloped by a warm vintage sound, Peppler sings with a moving voice about trust, connection, desire, and the comings and goings of things. Peppler performs live both solo in the style of 60s/70s songwriters (guitar & harmonica) and in a dynamic trio with keys/synthesizer and drums, somewhere between 70s folk rock and dream pop.
After nine years of live experience and three CDs with various band projects, Peppler is reinventing himself as a solo musician: sensitive, honest, and relaxed.
His debut, "One Night Out of Time," was released on May 5, 2023: a journey through the night with a 70s vibe, from rocking band songs to intimate solo interpretations in the style of Neil Young, the Doors, and The Tallest Man on Earth. Since then, he has toured Germany, played festivals (Open Flair, Musikschutzgebiet, Rudolstadt Festival), and supported international artists such as Hayley Reardon, Joel Sarakula, and Yusuf Sahilli.

His journey, with music in his luggage, continued from Witzenhausen in Hesse, via pilgrimage sites in Spain, Dutch student bars, and pubs in Dublin, until he finally arrived in Berlin at the end of 2013, where he felt he had truly arrived. Since then, he has been playing regularly, writing new songs, and working on CD releases: Arrive [2015] - 1st solo EP, How We Get By [2017] - Blue Saloon, Sense [2018] - album in duo (2016-2018). Since 2014, he has been part of the alternative folk songwriting duo Blue Saloon. Since the beginning of 2022, he has also been part of the folk duo Rosaro & Peppler.
